SNUG is a meditation cushion set that offers comfortable seating ergonomics and adapts to your body contours.
The back support cushion rolls the pelvis forward and supports the tailbone. The lower back is relieved and the weight is shifted to the seat bones.
The main cushion is the foundation of the meditation seat. It offers anatomically correct, even support for the entire seat surface, including the legs. Individual pressure points are thus avoided.

The small back-support piece is the perfect touch for beginners that find it difficult to sit upright for longer periods of time.

The back-support-cushion is a small piece of “genius” .. at first it seems small, but it gives you exactly
that right support to the lover back, that one feels there is enough support for the spine and when one
tugs it under, the spine feel supported and naturally stretches itself, without one having to use effort to keep
the spine straight.
The Adjustment guide comes very handy and gives important keys to create ones sitting position,
as comfortable as possible.
